Let it be Forever

Two Heavenly Passions on a Wondrous Day,

Reduced their Strength, Reduced their Warmth.

And Lightened up the Nature’s Human Tray,

To put a New Being on the Golden Way.

Sharp as a Knife for Ur Aweful Genes,

Ever Escaping from Our Mother’s Dreams.

Sent afar to Discipline Ur Life,

To the so called God’s Land of Strife.

Through the Stages of Defeat and Decline,

U Never Stood on the Coward’s Line.

Never did U have a Magic Wand,

But U did make a Golden Hand.

Becoming Our Family’s Forceful Envoy,

Finally got Ur Ideal Angel of Joy.

Life is Nothing but PUSH and PULL,

May Ur GOD make It – BEAUTIFUL.

A Forced Obsession

What do U think of it?

” TECHOLOGY  is  a  FORCED  OBSESSION “

Man has always been curious about Nature and the secrets and the potential it held to make his five senses more luxurious. His curiosity resulted in Science which studied and continues to study properties of Nature and use it to our advantage. Technology is a development of materials using the Laws of Nature discovered by Science by which we make our lives theoretically luxurious. I call it theoretically because in practice every technology has its own disadvantages which mean simply SIDE EFFECTS. These side effects of each technology are problems which man has sought to solve through development of more and more technology but not disbanding the earlier ones. So naturally problems are NATURAL to our world.

However my thought here is not about the problems but how this technology is amalgamated into the society which we live in. It is a stage by stage process and not like dumping of scrap all of a sudden by developed countries into developing countries territories. Every technology has a lot of work behind it. It may be adventure, spending of huge economic resources, human labour by the developer etc. So the developer would naturally be more psychologically bonded to his new creation and so he demands more. The only class which are in a position to satisfy the developer is the rich class that of Corporate companies or Other rich persons. Naturally new technologies after being developed will be tried by the rich and if they are satisfied with their experiences, Practically the technology is ready to take off into the society. But the high costs prevent it from the reach of the middle and low classes. So the Business Classes see a great Market in future and start investing in the technology to lower its costs down. As the lower classes in the hierarchy of class structure have a tendency to imitate the rich classes in terms of luxury if they raise their incomes, the lowering of the cost of that technology will create a great demand among the middle classes. Upto this stage the technology gets amalgamated and the far lower classes are left out of the cycle as they cannot afford it for a very long time.

Here in this way the technology is amalgamated and by this the demand for raw materials required for the technology is sustained because of the great demand for the technology. The sales increas the profits of the companies and as time progressed the demand reduces and this makes the companies either to invest in the advancement of the same technology or enter another   TECHNOLOGY CYCLE which may be more profitable. In this way, the technology cycles in the society are diverse and continue because no company wants to die out of competition and this competition makes the companies to perish but to help the survival of the technology cycle in the society.

As the amalgamation is a part of sociological process of IMITATION of the dominant class lifestyle, the amalgamation is based on false consciousness on the part of the middle classes just to imitate the dominant class if their incomes rise. This kind of influence makes the Technology a FORCED OBSESSION for the other classes in the class hierarchy other than the Rich Classes.

Are we in addiction?

MOBILES will behave as SUPERMARKETS in our Own Hands “

U would have observed the structural placement of the items in a supermarket which we visit in our daily lives. They place the daily consumables inside to the last of the store and also proudly present us with great discounts for us to purchase those daily consumables like rice, wheat, pulses and other items. But interestingly many of us go in there to purchase what we want and end up in purchasing what we had not wanted outside the supermarket. This is because the strategy adopted by them to influence us through out the journey in the store by showing new products which we had not seen and reminding us, making us desire their goods through great packaging stuff are all part of the plot called BUSINESS.

I began applying this concept to the telecommunications market which is rapidly growing in India. We are proud that the call charges have drastically come down because of the competition between the players. But I believe the lowering down of the call charges are like giving discounts to us on daily consumables in supermarkets. They just bring us into the net and start understanding human psyche and provide customers with so called ‘ VALUE ADDED SERVICES ‘ which will generate millions of dollars of profit for the companies. Services like hello tunes , caller tunes, movie song  ringtones, festival packages, friend packages, lover packages, Low cost SMS etc are all part of their strategy to squeeze the customer by influencing him/her with effective advertisements. These value added services are like Golden Eggs for the telecom companies. They are the core of the supermarket.

By this way, I feel Mobiles have begun to act as Supermarkets in our own hands. Just be Careful

Resource is the Ultimate Reason

People do not FOLLOW People but FOLLOW the RESOURCES that are linked to them “

We talk about a lot in our daily lives about the words like leadership abilities, communication skills, positive attitudes etc. They say  these are absolutely necessary in this absolutely competitive world which competes vigorously for all kinds of resources not only material. Hearing these people I began to think what makes some people different from others who exhibit so called extraordinary leadership abilities.Leadership is a relative term because it is used in a comparative sense and so not all can become leaders and atleast some have to be so called Followers. According to my thought framework Leadership is based on Resource Control Capability. For me, Money, Security, Love, Affection etc which ultimately SATISFIES an individual is a RESOURCE. When a person has a capability to SATISFY an individual i.e., by providing RESOURCES then he will be in a position to become a LEADER.

However not everyone who SATISFY other’s needs will become a LEADER. Here I propose a Concept of Dependancy. This concept in like the Demand and Supply phenomenon in the market. The more the Demand the more the price. So More the Dependancy, More will be the influence of the Leader on the Followers. Here Time plays a major role in the Concept of Dependancy. The More Time U Spend in the Dependancy the more the influence the Leader gains on the Follower. Dependancy will create a form of psychological bondage between the Leader and the Follower and the longer the bondage, the stronger it will become.

People though initially may follow people for their charisma, internally they’ll have resource motive for their following. Atleast in the longer run this resource motive will come out and they’ll make use of their followership to make their lives better resourcefully. In the case of traditional leadership like that of father, we follow him because of our dependancy for our survival. But we will be seeing many children not caring their parents after they get  jobs, life partners etc. This is because of their feeling of independence and now they dont accept the leadership as their parents’ resources are burdensome than productive.

So I reject the idea that people follow people but they follow people who control resources or those who exhibit confidence that they will gain control over them in future.

Mental Slavery

Mind in Chains

Every Second of Our Life is invariably linked to some form of Economic Activity of Some Person in this Fast Growing World ”

Have U ever thought of what does it mean to Ur lives of the growing population in Our World? Are U witnessing what steps our Governments are taking to provide livelihood to the fast growing populations? If U have done so then U would have known that the answer is that the Governments are creating JOBS for the NEW HUMANS who are exceedingly entering the world. Here I felt something awkward is happening in our lives because the very idea of creating JOBS for them is in my opinion sending us into what I call Mental Slavery.

Let me explain. If new JOBS are to be created, new resources are to be exploited which invariably means new products should come into the market and there needs to be a great thrust for marketing mechanisms to market these products to the potential populations and these mechanisms would study psychology, sociology and other studies and go to any length to influence potential customers to buy the new products. It is not their fault because it is like a chain and if they fail, the entire chain suffers losses. Here my observation gains significance. These people, in order to make space for for new populations and raise the standard of living of existing populations, are enslaving our minds and capturing our time. I’ll explain how. Our life is full of PRODUCTS. Now new products are coming into our lives like mobiles, ipods, ipads and other stuff and they have brought us to such a situation that if we sit idle for 10 seconds for any reason, we start searching for our mobile to do something with it. We have become slaves of boredom. Without these gadgets and the economic activity called Work, our world will be a HELL ON EARTH. We cannot sit idle and in this way the forces of capitalism have made us to contribute every second of our life to some form of economic activity in the world either for production or consumption and we are now in a kind of     ” MENTAL  SLAVERY ” in the name of Growth and Development.
